1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 serving Egg white, large 2 TBS Applesauce, unsweetened 3/4 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 1+1/2 tsp. Brown Sugar Substitue3 tsp Baking Powder 1/4 tsp Salt
Mix altogether. Heat skillet to a drop of water sizzles off. Pour on griddle to make a 4" cupcake. Cook until top is bubbly then flip and cook until nicely browned. If heat is to high your pancakes will be raw in the center
