Jenn-jenn's Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients
2 lbs Jennie-O 85%/15% Lean Ground Turkey3 Cans Campbell's 98% fat free condensed Cream of mushroom soup 1.5 bags Buyer''s Best Seasoned Potato Rounds 3 medium Zucchini - Shredded1 Onion, finely chopped1 cup Daisy Light Sour Cream 1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Spread out tots on baking sheets, bake according to package directions. Meanwhile, brown ground turkey, add in zucchini & onion. Season to taste with garlic powder, salt & pepper. Cook until translucent. Mix in sour cream and soup. When tots have cooled enough to handle, in a large casserole dish, layer potatoes and sauce, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese, repeat. Bake uncovered at 375 for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted. Serving Size: Makes 8 1-cup servings
