Cold Black Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed4 tbs olive oil (more or less to liking)1 oz lime juice (more or less to liking)1.5 cup ripe tomatoes, chopped1 stalk green onion, choppedsalt and pepper to liking
Directions
mix all ingredients together and chill for at least 20 minutes. So delicious, even my picky daughter loves it!
