Ingredients
1 tbsp Onion powder 1 tbsp Paprika 1.50 tbsp Salt 1 clove Garlic 0.50 cup, chopped Onions, raw 5 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 48 tbsp Cilantro, raw 0.25 cup Lemon Juice
Directions
Roast peppers until charred. Throw everything in a blender and blend on high until smooth texture.

0.25 cups of lemon juice = 4 TBSP

Serving Size: Serving size is 1/2 cup. Recipe makes about a quart (=4 cups) so makes 8 servings.
