6 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast halves1 cup packed brown sugar1 cup soy sauce1/4 cup lime juice1/2 teaspoon curry powder3 T minced garlic2 1/4 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes3 one gallon freezer bags, labeled
Mix bown sugar, soy sauce, lime juice, and curry powder. Divide marinade between 3 bags of chicken.
Measure 1 T garlic and 3/4 tespoon crushed red pepper into each bag.
Seal and freeze.

Thaw in refrigerator.
Cook chicken, turning every 5 minutes and basting frequently with marinade, for about 30 minutes. Do not baste chicken turing last 5 minutes of grilling.
