Ingredients
3.5 oz Cream Cheese 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 dash Salt 0.5 tsp Psyllium Seed Husk Powdered .5 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Separate eggs, Whip egg whites with salt till stiff. Mix egg yolks with cream cheese till smooth. Add Psyllium and baking powder to cream cheese mixture. Gently fold egg whites into egg yolk mixture.
Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes on parchment paper
