Directions
Cook a boneless skinless chicken breast your favorite way (I used a Foreman Grill) until it's done. Cut the chicken into small pieces and smother with your favorite salsa. Put the chicken mixture on half of a tortilla shell, add the cheese, fold in half, and grill (again on a Forman if you have one).
