Ingredients
56 oz Keystone All natural heat & serve Beef (by WALKINGBOUT) 11.25 cup Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added 5.4 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added 2.5 cup Frozen Sliced Zucchini HEB (by KIIMOBE) 1.5 cup Giorgio - Mushrooms (pieces & stems) (by GIGABYTEFL) 2 cup Spinach, fresh 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 6 serving 2 tsp Italian Seasoning (by JULIE1933) 3 tbsp Garlic powder 2 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 6.5 cup De Cecco Potato Gnocchi (by CHARBIEDOLL)
Directions
1) Add sauce, diced tomatoes, chopped onions and spices to large crockpot (or divide between two - I divided between a 6 quart and a 4 quart crockpot. Use less sauce/meat and gnocchi if you don't want to make as much.) Let this cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 6 hours.
2) 3/4 of the way through the cooing process, add the ground beef. Fresh ground beef will be better (less sodium) but canned works great if that's all you have. If you are using FRESH ground beef, make sure to cook it in a skillet prior to adding it to the sauce
3) Allow to continue to cook the rest of the time.
4) Next add the gnocchi - if cooking on low you will add it an hour before you are ready to serve, or on high only 30 minutes before serving.
5) Dress with grated parmesan or mozzarella cheese and enjoy!
