Ingredients
2.0 tbsp Cream Cheese2.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground1.0 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia) Flour Tortillas2.0 tbsp Jams, preserves, jelly0.5 cup Whipped topping, frozen, low fat (like Cool Whip)
Directions
Spread cream cheese, then preserves, then sprinkle cinnamon on tortilla and fold over flat making a half circle. Brush with olive oil if desired and put on tray in toaster oven and cook about the same time as a pice of toast. When to desired crispness (light golden brown) remove and cut in two halves. Put whipped topping (or you can also use powdered sugar) on and serve. You can also use flavored cream cheese to enhance whatever flavor of preserves you are using. Enjoy this cheap and easy lower cal kid pleaserr! Serving Size: 1/2 crisp
