Ingredients
1.5 cup Honeyville Almond Flour (by ASTRZELE) 8 tbsp Seed, Flax, Golden - Ground - 1 Tbsp (FlaxUSA) ggg (by MG7_FIT) 2 tbsp ^ Coconut flour - 1 tablespoon - 62.5 (by SCRAPPYMELLA) 2 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp. salt1 cup xylitol (by PRAIRIEHARPY) 3 serving Eggs, yolk, raw, fresh, large (1 Yolk = 1 7 Oz = 1 Serving) (by SUSYPB) .25 cup Coconut Oil 1 tsp Vanilla Extract .5 cup Buttermilk, lowfat 1 cup Frozen Peaches (peeled and sliced) (by RHIPEA76) .25 cup, chopped Pecans
Directions
Reserved diced peaches and chopped pecans. Combine all dry ingredients. In another bowl, combine wet. Add wet to dry, then fold in diced peaches and pecans. Spoon evenly into 12 muffin cups that have been sprayed with Pam or have muffin liners. Bake for 25-30 minutes @ 350.
