550 gram(s) Montana Praire Gold Spring Wheat 6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1.5 tbsp Eden Organic Barley Malt Syrup (by GFERBER) 227 grams Honey 227 grams Safflower Oil, linoleic 2.5 tbsp Salt 2.5 Tbspn Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula 850 gram(s) all purpose flour, organic King Arthur (by LEMINA)
Directions
Make sponge with 6 cups warm water with yeast and barley malt & 5 cups of fresh ground Praire Gold Flour. Let sit covered until double. Gradually add King Arthur & honey, oil, salt and remainder of flour about 12 minutes knead in machine. Separate into loaves and let rise. Bake 30-40 minutes till golden brown and tap hollow.
