8 clove Garlic 2 tbsp Cilantro, raw .5 tsp Pepper, white 1 dash Salt 2 tbsp Fish Sauce 1 serving Splenda Packet (1 serving = 1 packet) 16 oz Shrimp, raw 3 tbsp Olive Oil 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 1 large (8-1/4" long) Cucumber (peeled)
Thoroughly mix together the first six ingredients for the marinade. Combine the marinade with the raw shrimp and set aside for at least ten minutes. heat skillet, add oil and saute' for four minutes or until cooked. Divide onto plates and serve with tomato and cucumber wedges. Great with rice or noodles.
