Ingredients
12 oz Shrimp, Extra Small, Frozen, Cooked and Defrosted1 Large Green Bell Pepper 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw (about 1/2 of an onion)1 1/2 cups diced tomato2 Avocados, peeled, pitted and diced1 cup Cilantro, Fresh Chopped (about 1 bunch)1 Jalapeno Pepper, diced fine1 lime3 tsp Oregano, Dried, Leaves 10 tbsp Salsa, Herdez Salsa Casera (one can)Seasoned salt (to taste)
Directions
Put the chopped vegetables (bell pepper, onions, tomato, jalapeno pepper, cilantro and avocado) and shrimp into a large bowl. Mix. Squeeze the juice of one lime of over the mixture. Stir in salsa and oregano. Add seasoned salt to taste.

Let mixture sit at least an hour before serving so the flavors can meld.

Great served with saltine crackers.
