Ingredients
* Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) (remove) * Ground beef, lean, 32 oz (remove) * Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove) * Tomato juice, without salt added, 1 cup (remove) * Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 2 cup (remove) * *Splenda, 5 tsp (remove) * White Rice, long grain, 1 cup (remove)
Directions
Brown beef with onion. Layer ingredients in crockpot. Cook on low for 6 hours, raise to high for next two hours. Makes 10-12 one cup servings.
