1/2 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 1/3 cup Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk 2 oz (1/8 C) Fage Total 0% Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt 1/2 small (5-1/2" long) Carrot, raw 1/8 (2 slices) medium Fugi or Gala apple1 teaspoon Raw Honey 1/8 teaspoon vanilla2 packets of Equal, Splenda or Truviaground cinnamon (to taste)fresh grated nutmeg (to taste)
