Hot Salsa Fruit Relish

Ingredients
2 Lrg Tomatoes, chopped2 Jalapenos, chopped1/2 Cup Sweet Red Pepper, chopped1/2 Cup Red Onion, chopped3/4 Cup Pineapple, tidbits1 Cup Mango, chopped3/4 Stalk Celery, chopped1T Cilantro, choppedJuice from half a LimeDash Cumin, ground1 t Dill Weed1 t Chili Powder (or to taste)
Directions
Chop very fine or run each item thru a Food Processor, lightly so as not to make it mush. Mix all ingredients, and add spices to taste.

Makes about 4 1/2cups = 1/4Cup each serving = about 18 servings.
