Hummus

Ingredients
3.5 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 6 clove Garlic 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 fl oz Lemon Juice 3 tsp paprika, smoked (by PFLEEG)
Directions
1. Drain garbanzo beans (reserve liquid).
2. Add olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika and 2 tbs of reserved liquid from beans in a blender with beans.
3. Blend until smooth. Add more garlic, liquid from beans and lemon juice until desired flavor and consistency.
4. Let sit overnight in fridge for flavors to meld.

Serving Size: 12 servings (roughly 2 tbs each)
