Ingredients
2.5 serving ALDI Frozen Salmon (4 oz)1.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw4.0 gram(s) Star - Imported Nonpareil Capers (Serving Size = 1 Tsp./20 Capers)1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil0.25 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)3.0 tsp Dijon Mustard (Great Value)30.0 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g0.25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
Directions
Sautee celery, onion, and green pepper. Let cool. Mix rest of ingredients, add cooled veggies and refrigerate for 2 hours or longer. Sprinkle with panko and add to hot, oiled pan. Cook 3-4 minutes.
