Chicken and Broccoli Stir

16 oz Hy-Veebonless skinless chicken breast 2 clove Garlic 2 tsp Ginger Root 9 tsp Coconut Aminos 2 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 10 grams Arrowroot flour 2 tsp Granulated Sugar
Spray 12" nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add chicken, garlic, ginger. Fry 2-3 minutes or until check is brown (or use a seasoned wok).
Add 3/4 cup of broth, coconut amino, and sugar. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring twice.
Add broccoli. Cover and cook about 5 minutes; stirring occasionally until chicken is no longer pink in the center and broccoli are crisp-tender.
Mix arrowroot flour with remaining 1/2 cup of broth; story into chicken mixture. Cook, stirring frequently, until sauce is thickened.
Serving Size: makes 4 1/2 cup servings
