Chicken Chili Bruce McGonagle Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients
4 tbsp Chili powder 4 tbsp Cumin seed 4 tbsp Onion powder 4 tbsp Paprika 1 tbsp Salt 3 cup Canned Tomatoes 48 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 2 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
Directions
Use 6 large chicken breasts (=48 oz)
cut chicken into 1 inch cubes
use 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
Mix chicken, tomatoes, spices together.
Cook on HIGH for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, stir it to break up the chicken that will be clumped together.
After another hour (2 hours total) stir in bell pepper (chopped to 1 inch size).
Cook for a third hour.
Total cooking time is 3 hours.
Serve with cilantro garnish.
