Romaine Lettuce (salad) 1/4 c. chopped Onions, raw 1/4 c. strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1/4 c. serving Carrot, shredded for salad portion (by CHRISP1972) 2 each Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes) 1/2 c. (5-6 slices) Cucumber, Fresh sliced1/8 c. 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Prepare tuna salad.

Top romaine lettuce with remaining ingredients.

Serve with crackers or dinner roll.
