Directions
12 oz rotini1c green pepper diced1 carrot shredded2c broccoli florets, small1c onion diced1 cucumber peeled, seeded and choppedsalt and pepper to taste.75c sugar.5c vinegar.25c oil
Cook pasta according to directions. Drain and rinse in cold water. Add all the other ingredients. Chil 2-3 hours, stirring occassionally.
