Eggless Shrimp Carbonara

Ingredients
1pck Smithfield Thick Cut Bacon 12 oz pck frozen Shrimp 1 1/3 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice) 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 cup Purple Onion 1 package Barilla Whole Grain Spaghetti 6 fl oz Half and Half Cream 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper
Directions
Cook spaghetti according to directions on package. Fry bacon and onion until almost crispy. Add shrimp, tomatoes, crushed red pepper, and garlic powder. Saute until heated through. Turn heat to low and add cream, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir until desired thickness. Serve immediately over spaghetti. Top with parmesan cheese (optional).
