3 medium eggs1 tsp sour cream1 TBSP Prego 100% Heart Smart Traditional Sauce 1 oz Tillamook Pepper Jack Cheese
In a medium bowl, mix eggs, sour cream, and spaghetti sauce together until well blended.
Cook in a non-stick skillet as you would any other scrambled egg.
When it is almost cooked through, top with cheese. Let the cheese melt.
Serve and enjoy!
