0.91 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry 100 grams Almonds 200 grams Dates 100 grams Figs, dried 75 grams Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins) 75 grams Raisins 26 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g 0.125 cup 6 super seeds Village .33 tbsp Honey
Chop dates and fig cover with water and simmer for 30 minutes
Toast oats and almonds 375F for 10 minutes
Mix all together
Press in pan
Bake 300F for 18 minutes
Let cool before cutting into bars
