Crawfish with a twist

Ingredients
3 tbsp Butter, unsalted 1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 tbsp Cilantro, raw 23 grams Flour, white 12 fl oz Milk, canned, evaporated 1 fl. oz Sherry, dry 5.3 serving Crawfish Tail Meat Boudreaux's 3oz (85g) (by WILSPARK53) .5 tsp Pepper, black .75 tsp Salt .05 tbsp Chipotle Chili Pepper Seasoning (by SONNYG1) 2 teas. fresh lime juice
Directions
Melt butter in skillet. Saute onion until tender. Add cilantro. Blend in flour. Gradually add the evaporated milk, stirring constantly until sauce thickens. Add sherry and crawfish tails, stirring gently. Season to taste with salt, pepper, chipotle chili pepper seasoning and lime juice.
