Lentil Burgers

Ingredients
3 cup Lentils 1 cup Flour, white 2 clove Garlic .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 serving Maple Syrup - Maple Grove Farms Pure Maple Syrup (1/4 cup) 3 tbsp Soy Sauce .5 tsp Salt, Sifto Table Salt (by FAREWELLBC) 1 tsp Cumin seed 1 tbsp Ground tumeric (by SUPERSNAZZ) 1 tsp Coriander seed 2 tbsp Chili powder 2 serving 1 large egg (per the egg board) 50g 0.5 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 1 tbsp Butter, salted
Directions
Blend with hand blender. Drop 3tbsp per burger into hot pan with butter. Reduce heat to medium. Fry 4 minutes on each side till brown. Bake at 300 degrees on cookie sheet to firm. Keeps for 3 days in fridge. Add nuts or seeds optional.
