Beef & Broccoli

Ingredients
Stir fry beef strips (or cut a round steak into strips)Package of frozen broccoli, prepared1 c. beef broth1 tsp. garlic salt2 tbsp. brown sugar2 tbsp. corn starch2 tbsp. soy sauce2 c. cooked white rice
Directions
1. Brown the beef in a large skillet, drain
2. Prepare the sauce: combine beef broth, garlic salt, brown sugar, corn starch, and soy sauce
3. Add broccoli and sauce to skillet, boil over medium heat
4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until beef is cooked through and sauce thickens
