Ingredients
16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 28 grams Granulated Sugar .25 cup Soy Sauce
Directions
Roast Chicken Breasts in Glass Bowl under intense infrared heating and forced air convection for 10 minutes at 250 degrees, 5 minutes on a side. Mix soy sauce and sugar into a thick glaze with pepper and garlic powder to taste. Brush on glaze and continue roasting for 5 minutes a side at 400 degrees
