Full Fat Low Carb Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
.3 cup Butter, salted 1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 4 oz Cream Cheese 1.5 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan Cheese Natural Cheese 3 clove Garlic
Directions
Over Med. Low heat, melt butter, stir in cream. Keep stirring and cooking for 5 min. In the meanwhile, mince the garlic and let stand 5 min. to let the nutrients out. Add the garlic and cream cheese and stir until smooth. Add the shredded parmesan and stir until smooth. Add parsley flakes (opt.)
