2 sprig Green Onions, 5 tomatoes,1/2 small onion, 1/4 green long hot pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic, small can tomato paste, sweet pepper fish, fish stock, a pinch of salt, Fish with scale (Talipa or any other fish),Olive oil, 2 tbs coconut milk, Italian seasoning.
rinse fish with lime juice, season fish with green onions, cayenne pepper, hot pepper, italian seasoning, a pinch of salt, let seasoning soak into fish for 15 minutes , set pot on low medium heat add olive oil to pot, when heated a little add some onion and garlic to pot, after 1 minute add fish on low heat, turn fish a couple minute on each side, then you add your fish stock, coconut milk, tomatoes and tomato paste, cook fish for about 15 minutes depending on the kind of fish you use, when complete, serve immediately.
