Stevia & Brown Sugar Baked French Toast

Ingredients
1 large loaf Italian or French bread, day old and dried out a bit.Sprinkle Nutmeg & Ginger over bread (cut or torn into 1 in pieces)1/2 cup Dark Brown Sugar, Pure Cane Sugar2-3 tsp Stevia powder6 large eggs or 4 Extra Large eggs1 TSP cinnamon1 TSP nutmeg1/2 TSP ginger 1/4 TSP cardamom2 TSP vanilla extract1/4 TSP almond extract
Directions
Cut up bread. Put in 9 x 13 pan after spraying with nonstick spray, sprinkle with appropriate ground spices. Mix up custard mixture and pour over bread. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350°F.
