Low=Fat Scalloped Potaoes

Ingredients
2 tbsp Butter, unsalted 48 oz Yukon Gold Potatoes (1 potatoe about 5oz) (by MIKESMAMI) 1 grams Flour, white 1 cup Milk, 1% 1 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup 1 dash Pepper, black .25 tsp Nutmeg, ground .25 cup, shredded Gruyere Cheese 1 dash Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. lightly butter a 3 qt baking dish . Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and add potatoes. Cook until tender, 8 to 10 minutes or until tender. Drain the potatoes and return to the pot.
Meanwhile melt 2 tbsp butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the flour with a wooden spoon to make a paste. Cook, stirring, until the paste puffs slightly, about a minute Gradually whisk in both milks ans simmer until thickened. Remove from heat and whisk in the pepper, salt and nutmeg. Slice potatoes and lat evenly in dish and then pour sauce over potatoes.
bake for 15 minutes or until heated thru now sprinkle the Gruyere cheese on top and broil until top of potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
