Ingredients
1/2 C Non-fat Cottage Cheese1 TBS. Cheesecake flavored s/f f/f pudding (mix only)1 tsp. vanilla extract (or butter is awesome too)3 splenda packets (or to taste)Fruit of choice...Blue berries, strawberries (great)Add cinnamon and..1/2 apple diced1/2 banana slicedUse Lemon flavored pudding and it's great too.key Lime juice can add a nice flavor also.
Directions
Whip cottage cheese in a blender until smooth making sure to scrape sides of blender into the center (careful of your spatula I've ruined a few on this one)....Add pudding and extract (a splash of skim milk if NEEDED)......Dish out into cups.

Add fruit when ready to eat.
