Thai Coconut Pineapple Curry

Ingredients
2.25 cup Dole - Crushed Pineapple in 100% Pineapple Juice 1.65 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can) 6 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar 1 cup Kroger Vegetable Broth (by WANNAB125) 4 serving AROY-D Thai red curry paste - 1 tbsp (by JEEPEEJ)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in pan, let come to a boil and then turn heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour over noodles or rice!
