Beef and Pork Chow Mein

Ingredients
9.0 oz Pork Tenderloin1.0 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh1.0 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage, fresh2.0 cup, grated Carrots, raw0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.5 cup Soy Sauce0.25 cup Cornstarch3.0 cup been sprouts3.0 cup bamboo shoots, sliced3.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw2.0 tbsp Horseradish
Directions
Brown meat onions and celery in pot then add all other ingredients except corn starch. May need to add water at this point. Cook for twenty minutes then thicken with cornstarch. Serve over rice. Top with boiled egg cut up and chopped green onions. Serving Size: 1 Cup
