Ingredients
4.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw1.0 large Onions, raw3.0 tbsp Butter, salted0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour2.0 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A1.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Slice pork potatoes one fourth of an inch thick chopped up 1 onion layer in a 2 quart baking dish that's been sprayed with Pam put a layer of potatoes in the bottom of the dish then a layer of onion then the rest of the potatoes l. In the meantime melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a skillet then mix in 3 tablespoons of flour mixing for one and a half minutes to make a paste then add 2 cups of milk stare for 1 minute at one and a half cups of cheddar cheese freshly grated stir until melted then pour over the potatoes and cover with foil and bake it one and a half hours at a 400-degree oven
