Chicken and Rice Casserone

Ingredients
1.5 cup Brown Rice, long grain 1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 1 cup Campbell's Chicken with Rice Soup, Healthy Request (by SEVERINA418) 1 cup Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed) 0.13 cup Red Bellpepper (by ARAYEATLC) 4 serving French Onion Soup and Dip Mix (1 packet = 4 servings) (by KRASH1111) .5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
Directions
Grease 8 x 11 baking dish. Sprinkle rice over the bottom. Add mushroom and pepper. Mix milk and soups together and pour over dish. Add 8 chicken tenders or 1/2 breast to top of dish. Sprinkle onion soup mix over the top. Seal with foil. Bake at 350 for 2 hours or until chicken tests 160 degrees.
