* Beans, black, 2 cup (remove) * Ham, regular (11% fat), 200 grams (remove) * *Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies, 2 cup (remove) * Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1.5 cup kernels (remove) * White Rice, long grain, 2 cup (remove)
put everything but corn and rice in to crock pot and cover with 12 cups water for at least 8-10 hours. add frozen corn about 15 minutes before serving
cook rice separately and add just before serving.
makes about 10 one cup servings or 5 two cup servings
