Oxtail Soup

Ingredients
8 oz Beef Neck bone for soup (yield after bone removed) (by YXD0018) 8 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium 2 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 6 oz Pork Chops (pork loin), roasted 2 medium Carrots, raw 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic 1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf 1 tbsp Rosemary 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black 3 large tomatoes
Directions
Brown the neck bone or oxtails
Add Broth, sliced carrots, celery, chopped onion, crushed garlic tomatoes, herbs and spices. Simmer for 60-90 minutes. Barley can be added, or your favorite pasta
