Ingredients
2 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning .75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 cup Salsa 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 1 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 4 tbsp Sour Cream, reduced fat 1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 6 serving Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch, 49g 6 serving Lettice 1 portion (handful) (by KATKMWHITE1) 600 gram Beef, ground chuck cooked and drained(yield from 1 lb = 600g) (by LIALITH)
Directions
follow season package, whatever brand.
cutup whatever peppers and onions however you like, whatever kind you have - add hot for kick. cook peppers and onions in skillet for a few minutes with some of the beef drippings(just a bit), then add to mix once you add seasoning and water.
I usually do two recipes, one HOT one not
