1 C chopped onion3/4 c corn meal2 tsp chili powder1 C evap skim milk1/4 c water16 oz can of corn, drained16 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed16 oz can stewed tomatoes4oz can diced green chilies (optional, not counted in nutritional info)
Preheat oven to 350 deg. Lightly spray an 8in square baking pan with non-stick spray.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Place in prepared pan. Bake, uncovered, for 45 mins.
