Ingredients
0.50 large whole (3" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 5 oz House Foods Super Firm Cubed Tofu 1 serving Kitchen Basics Unsalted Chicken Stock 1 cup Water bottle w/ filtered water 4 serving Pigeon Brand Fermented Mustard Green with chili 1 can= 4 servings
Directions
Cut tomato into wedges. If preferred, you can cut the mustard green into strips or just separate the stems. Put all ingredients in a pot including the whatever is in the can. When water boils, stir it, lower to medium heat and cook covered for about 15 minutes.
