Trader Joe's Tungol Tuna, 5 oz (or Tuna of choice)Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 2 tbspFF Plain Yogurt, 1 ozRed Onions, raw, 3 tbsp choppedSalt, 1 tspWasabi, to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together as you would for a traditional tuna sandwich.

This is Great with sprouts and tomato on your sandwich.
