5.0 serving Chicken of the Sea Chub Mackerel (5 servings per can)2.0 tbsp Spectrum Non-hydrogenated Organic All Vegetable Shortening1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper0.5 cup, diced Celery, raw2.0 clove Garlic1.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap0.25 cup Tomato Sauce
Melt palm oil in saucepan; saute; celery, bell pepper, and garlic. Stir in water, tomato sauce, bring to boil. Gently stir in canned mackerel and bring to boil again. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer 12 minutes or until liquid has evaporated. Serve immediately.
