Tuna Salad

Ingredients
1 cup grated carrot1 cup chopped spinach1 cup chopped cucumber1 cup chopped celery1 cup chopped tomato1.5 cups chopped apple ( to give taste)1 tin canned tuna in light oil ( I use sweet tha chilli)
Directions
Mix all chopped ingredients.
Add tuna and mix ( when its cold, you can heat up the tuna and add to the salad)
Yum Yum!
