0.35 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated1.0 fl oz Milk, 1%1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.25 tsp Pepper, black0.25 tsp Salt6.0 serving Chicken-Perdue Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 4oz0.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour60.0 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g
1. Preheat oven 425 degrees. Line baking sheet with foil or spray with cooking spray. Cut chicken into similar sized pieces.
2. In 1 dish combine flour, salt and pepper.
3. In 2nd dish with eggs and milk together.
4. In 3rd dish combine breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
5. Roll each chicken piece in flour, then dip in egg, finally roll in breadcrumbs. Place on baking sheet.
6. Bake 15 - 20 min. or until chicken is no longer pink and coating golden brown. Can flip chicken halfway through for more crispiness.
