No sauce Spanish Rice

Ingredients
5% fat lean ground beef, 4 oz stewed tomatoes, 1 cup oriental veggie mix frozen, 1 cup White Rice, short grain, 2 cup
Directions
On Med heat on the stovetop put your burger in a pot with about 1/2 cup water. Cook down till burger is cooked thoroughly and water is gone. Add oriental veggie mix and and fry with the burger until your veggies are soft. Add the stewed tomatoes and cook on low for another 5 minutes. Keep on low stirring occasionally. In another pot make your rice by directions on the box or bag. When your rice is done add to your burger mixture and stir well. Take off of heat and serve. Makes 4 servings.
