Ingredients
1 serving parsely, 1 cup chopped raw (by SUZANNAHGERBER) .5 cup bulgar, dry (by SMM32SMM32) 1 cup, chopped Scallions, raw 1 serving Cucumber, Fresh (1 Cup Sliced) 1 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes 0.3 cup Lemon Juice .25 cup Olive Oil
Directions
Soak the bulgar in boiling water for 30 minutes after 4 or 5 rinsings. Then chop everything. Mix with salt and pepper as desired. Let it sit for an hour in the fridge then mix again and serve
