Pork and kraut bake

Ingredients
9 oz Pork bone-in center loin chop 1 medium (2-3/4" dia) 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 1 cup, sliced Onions, raw 1 cup saurkraut 2 tbsp Butter, salted
Directions
Slice or chop the onions, grate the apple and the potato. Mix with the canned kraut that has been drained. Add Salt and Pepper to taste. Place in a buttered or oiled casserole (this not included in the calorie count). Push the chops down under the kraut mixture. Melt the butter and pour over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
